Please read these terms and conditions before using the website, joining Legal Value Network ("LVN") or attending the organization's events.  By using this website, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. LVN reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement or to modify any components of this website at any time. By continuing to use this site, you represent that you have read and agree to abide by the Agreement. This website has been uniquely designed for presentation of content in a format specific to its users and with an integrity that we wish to maintain.  Any unauthorized copy, reproduction, distribution, publication, display, modification, or transmission of  any part of this website is strictly prohibited.  Users may download material from this website for personal use. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not distribute any part of this website information over any network, nor sell or offer it for sale.  In addition, these files may not be used to construct any kind of database. The Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of www.legalvaluenetwork.com, collectively referred to as the "Website." This Terms of Use constitutes a contract made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.

 

CHANGES IN MEMBERSHIP

All changes in membership shall be sent to info@legalvaluenetwork.com. If it is a new member replacing a former employee please be sure to include the new person’s name, title, email address, and direct dial phone number. Also be sure to indicate the prior member they are replacing.

REFUND POLICY

LVN reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in LVN or participation in an LVN event or program.  If LVN refuses a new or renewing membership, or participation in an event or program, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit to a future event or program.  Cancellations, and any eligible refund thereafter, will be handled as per instruction on each individual event or program materials/brochure, and may be subject to a service fee. Cancellations received after any stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. In order to process a cancellation, requests must be submitted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee/member or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back using the original method of payment, or by credit to future programs/events. All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the LVN. These above policies apply to all LVN memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly. LVN is not responsible for any costs associated with events hosted by other organizations.

Legal Value Network reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting new Terms of Use at this location.
